Cardo Announces the Packtalk Pro

In an announcement overnight Cardo, Makers of the Packtalk Edge and Bold before it, have released details on a new model to join the Packtalk family.

The Packtalk Pro will be released on the 7th of July 2024, and brings with it some new innovations in motorcycle safety. The biggest point of interest here would have to be the introduction of Crash Detection, where if the system detects you have been involved in an accident and are unresponsive, it will automatically call your emergency contact.

Also included in this model update is an Auto On/Off feature for those who forget to turn the unit off.

The Packtalk Pro shares the same form factor as the Edge, while coming in a matte black finish, and retains the standard DMC2.0 mesh connection and speakers and sound profiles by JBL.

We have not had pricing confirmed for NZ as yet, but in the EU this is expected to be priced at €469,95

In addition, the matte black PACKTALK PRO turns itself on or off automatically. Once activated, the PACKTALK PRO will power down when standing still, and power back up for the ride for maximum battery-life.
